Facilities
Travelers Rest has been hosting wedding celebrations for many decades. Whether your wedding is a small intimate get together or a larger gathering, we have the perfect facilities. Our four rooms each accommodate gatherings of different sizes up to 130 in one room or 200 in adjoining rooms. Cocktail parties of more than 200 can be hosted.
Ceremony
We offer two picturesque outdoor sites for the exchange of vows. One in our back formal gardens with a waterfall as a backdrop and the other in our gazebo with your guests seated on a finely manicured lawn. Should the ceremony take place indoors, our Crystal room offers a perfect setting with a textured granite fireplace as a backdrop while our ballroom offers a more formal fireplace and mantle.
Cocktail Hour
Unlimited hot and cold hors d’oeuvres:
Served buffet style in exquisite copper and brass chafing dishes as well as passed butler style on silver trays.
Assorted cheese, fruit and crudities platters artistically presented on mirrors on the grand buffet table.
Imported Champagne Toast and Complete Open Bar
Five hours of open bar serving a fine selection of liquor, imported and domestic beers, imported and domestic wines, and champagne available.

Our personalized dinner menu includes a choice of up to:
